I work with leadership teams to improve how they think, decide and work together, particularly when growth or complexity has exposed gaps in trust, accountability or ownership.
The work is practical and built around the real challenges the team is facing, We look at what is helping performance, what is getting in the way, and what needs to change in how the team leads the business together.
The aim is a leadership team that is more aligned, more accountable and less dependent on the CEO to hold everything together.

Coaching grounded in real commercial experience
I spent more than 25 years leading businesses before I became a coach, as a Founder, C-Suite Executive and regional director across Europe and Asia Pacific, as well as building and exiting two startups.
I’m an ICF PCC accredited executive coach, EMCC Global Senior Practitioner and AOEC accredited team coach, and I was named UK Chair of the Year for my work with CEO peer groups. But the real value I bring comes from combining that coaching expertise with the experience of having sat in the kinds of roles my clients are in now.
I work with CEOs, founders and leadership teams on the issues that really affect how a business performs, decision making, accountability, confidence, team dynamics, growth and the way the leader themselves is showing up.
My approach is integrative, straight-talking and practical. I work with the whole person and the whole system, not just the issue that first appears in the room. I often describe it as a gym, not a hospital. The aim is to help leaders and teams think better, take greater ownership and build businesses they are genuinely proud of.
